Yean-Fu Wen (溫演福) received the M.S. degree from the Department of Information
Management, National Taiwan University of Science Technology, Taiwan,
R.O.C., in 1998. He finished his Ph.D study and got a doctoral degree
from the Department of Information Management, National Taiwan University
in July 2007. He was an Assistant Professor in the Department of
Management Information System, National Chiayi University. In August
2011, he joined in the Graduate Institute of Information Management,
National Taipei University as an Assistant Professor. Now, he is a
Professor. His research interests include blockchain, FinTech, network
planning, performance optimization, and cross-layer technology in
next-generation wireless networks. He is members of IEEE.
